Disclaimer
Part of wood’s beauty lies in its natural irregularities. Because of this unpredictability and inconsistency, wood color and shade may vary. The barrel base can be light, medium, or dark in color.
Each whiskey barrel is authentic once holding whiskey inside for up to 10 years! Because of this rich history and being moved around from birth to death, it can be typical to see authentic dents in the bands, bumps or scrapes, and imperfections in the wood.
