1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HAND-BUILD MY CUSTOM ULTIMATE HOME ARCADE MACHINE?

Customcades state-of-the-art fabrication facilities in Iowa and Nebraska uses the latest CNC routing machines to reduce the time needed to build your machine to your custom specifications without sacrificing quality.

Using these advances, we are able to custom fabricate each arcade machine in just 5-7 business days and each digital pinball machine in just 14-21 business days.

2. HOW DO I GET MY CUSTOM UNIT TO MY HOME ONCE IT’S BUILT?

Every Customcades machine can be picked up from either of our two locations at no charge.

We also offer fast, professional delivery option to have your machine personally delivered right to your doorstep where it’s ready to play in minutes. $100 Delivery and setup fee anywhere within 1hr of our business zip 50228. During busy times we are unable to guarantee delivery if needed please check with us if that is a must.

3. WHAT GAMES WILL MY CUSTOM ARCADE CABINET PLAY?

For our two-player and four-player upright arcade cabinets, the short answer is, 60-5,000. All of our machines ship with fully-licensed game boards or custom PC Builds and a very friendly arcade interface to allow you fast, easy access to the full library of arcade and console games.

Our arcade cocktail tables arrive with 60 of the most popular arcade classics already loaded onto the table and ready for 1-2 person play.

Our digital pinball machines are pre-loaded with more than 98+ fully-licensed Pinball FX3 digital-exclusive creations along with approximately 500 additional tables, as well as full-licensed versions of the rock-solid Windows 11 operating system and the digital pinball exclusive interface to access dozens of classic tables in your collection.

4. WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY SUPPORT DO YOU OFFER?

Customcades offers a one-year warranty on all electronics and hardware for our digital pinball machines, our two-player and four-player upright arcade cabinets, as well as our arcade cocktail tables.

If any components fail during the warranty period due to normal use, we will replace the faulty component free of charge.

If your Customcades cabinet or machine needs service and support for whatever reason outside of the warranty period, just contact for a service quote and we’ll have your machine back up and running in no time!
